Move More, Stress Less!
Thanks to the current situation, we are reviving our Move More Stress Less 8 week physical activity & wellness program!
The program starts April 1st but you can join at any point! It will take you through the end of May. All you do is track your physical activity time! Everything counts including walking, working out with the videos we shared or walking in place inside. We just need your name and email to get you signed up.
