Holiday Party! Cider and Art
Join us to celebrate the holidays with art, dinner, hot cider, and friends!
WHERE: The Intergenerational Center for Arts and Wellness (114 W. 30th St, Winston-Salem, NC 27105)
WHEN: December 10 from 6-8pm
Eat the Rainbow! Winter Edition
Starts on December 2nd from HOME!
A 12-week email-based program designed to help you increase your fruit and vegetable intake! Invite your friends and family to do it with you!
In this 12-week series, we will:
- Bust some common myths about fruits and vegetables
- Explain why fruits and vegetables are important for cancer survivors
- Help you increase the amount of fruits and vegetables in your diet
Every week, you will receive an email containing some great information as well as a delicious and easy recipe highlighting different fruits and vegetables.

Hirsch Arts and Wellness provides therapeutic arts and wellness programs that celebrate the power of self-expression and self-healing. Located in Greensboro, NC.
