Introducing the Empowered Living Passport
Throughout 2026, Cancer Services will share an Empowered Living monthly topic and challenge designed to support your health, wellbeing, and survivorship journey.
- Complete the monthly challenge
- Earn an Empowered Living Sticker in your passport
- Participate and receive a special graduation gift at the end of 2026!
Monthly Focus:
- January – Taking Charge of Your New Beginning
- February – Taking Charge of Your Heart
- March – Taking Charge of Your Nutrition
- April – Taking Charge of Your Movement
Each month we will email out options you have to complete the “Challenge”. Once you have completed it, just let us know at an event, or by phone or email and we’ll get you the sticker to put in your Empowered Living Passport!
Work on your passport throughout the year and in December we will celebrate our successes and you get an Empowered Living graduation gift!
