Pink Ribbon Talks & Breast Cancer Awareness Month
In person kick off event is CANCELLED for Saturday, October 1st. Goodie bags for registrants will be available Monday, 10/3 from 3pm – 6pm. We will continue to celebrate Breast Cancer Awareness Month all month long with virtual, educational webinars (see below). Register now for more information and to receive a survivor goodie bag!

Mindfulness Power Hour
Wednesdays at 12 noon – A 4-week introduction to mindfulness, led by Sara Bridges, Oncology Counselor at Novant Health Cancer Institute. Learn the benefits of mindfulness and how it can help you reduce stress and anxiety.
Art & Wellness
Thursday, October 27th at 2 pm – A wellness group focused on healing through art in partnership with the Sawtooth School for Visual Arts. Supplies will be available for delivery (depending on address) or pick up at Cancer Services one week prior to the class. The topic for this month will tie into our Breast Cancer Survivor celebrations!

- Cancer Transitions Crash Course: Saturday, November 5th– A one-day, crash course of our transitions program designed to answer “What’s Next?” after cancer treatment. Snacks and lunch will be provided.
- Attitude of Gratitude: Begins Monday, November 7th – A 5-week program designed to guide you into a habit of gratitude in order to enhance your well-being during and after cancer treatment. This program is open to patients/survivors as well as caregivers
- Eat the Rainbow- Winter Edition: Begins Monday, November 28th – A 12-week series designed to help you understand the facts and myths about fruits and vegetables and why they are important for cancer survivors. This challenge aims to help you increase your fruit and vegetable intake and focuses on fun winter recipes.
