SURVIVORSHIP SPECIAL TOPIC!
Our May topic is Neuropathy during and after treatment. Our expert speakers are Stephanie Rehm, a physical therapist and Claire Salmond, an occupational therapist, both with Novant Health.

Join for a time to discuss what they shared and learn about resources during our Survivorship Discussion Group (VIRTUAL) on Tuesday May 23rd at 7pm.
The May expert interview will be emailed to all registered for the discussion group. It is also available on our YouTube channel and The Triad Cancer Connection podcast. We offer a digital, printable reflection guide to go along with the topic and invite you to join with our staff and other survivors for a discussion group online on the 4th Tuesday of the month.
May Programs at Cancer Services

Mondays May 1st – May 22nd at 7:00pm
A 4-week program designed to answer “What’s Next?” after cancer treatment.
This program helps survivors
– decrease worry and anxiety
– improve quality of life
– increase knowledge regarding physical, mental, and social health
Expert speakers include cancer rehabilitation exercise experts, a board-certified specialist in oncology nutrition, a licensed mental health professional, an oncologist and cancer survivors.

Wednesday, May 17th at 8pm (virtual)
Join this free webinar with Julie Lanford, The Cancer Dietitian, as she discusses how to build a healthy snack to help fight cancer.

Tuesday, May 23rd at 7 pm (virtual)
Please join this monthly discussion group to gather with other survivors and connect through shared experiences as we discuss an expert interview. Click here for more information.

Thursday, May 25th at 2pm (virtual)
Join us for a wellness group focused on healing through art, provided by Cancer Services and Sawtooth School for Visual Arts. Supplies will be available for pick up at Cancer Services one week prior to the class.
