Begins Monday, March 6th – Self Guided
An 8-week movement program you do from home! We email you a weekly wellness topic with an exercise video of the week, and you track your physical activity each week.
All movement counts, any ability level and any amount of time. This is about keeping you active, no matter where you are or what physical abilities you have.

Tuesdays in March at 12 noon (Virtual)
Join Julie, The Cancer Dietitian, and Angela Dennison, from Wellness House for this cooking class every Tuesday in March on zoom! Discover delicious, easy recipes that you can add to your own meal plans. Class will be recorded and available for anyone registered who cannot watch live. Topics include: Fruits and Veggies, Whole Grains, Reducing Processed Meats, and Reducing Added Sugars.

Wednesday, March 15th at 8pm
Join this free webinar with Julie Lanford, The Cancer Dietitian, as she discusses Protein: Everything You Need to Know! Is protein important? How much protein do you need at each meal? What about protein powder? Julie answers all these questions in this nutrition webinar.

Wednesday, March 15th at 12 pm
All blood cancer patients, survivors & caregivers are invited to enjoy lunch, connect with each other, and learn from our expert speaker about how to read your labwork. Blood cancer diagnoses include multiple myeloma, leukemia, lymphoma and MPN.
Lunch is provided. We will meet at the Lewisville Community Center.

Tuesday, March 28th at 7 pm (online)
Please join this monthly discussion group to gather with other survivors and connect through shared experiences. Our special topic is Cancer Brain – Tips & Tricks for Coping. Our expert speakers are Claudia U. Koliscak, MS CCC-SLP and Sara Bridges, LCSW. Click here for more information.

Join us for a wellness group focused on healing through art, provided by Cancer Services and Sawtooth School for Visual Arts. Supplies will be available for pick up at Cancer Services one week prior to the class.
