Health Tip Tuesday!

Just because it’s cold and wet outside doesn’t mean you can’t meet the goal of 30 minutes of physical activity a day. Work out throughout the day to add up to a total of 30 minutes every day. Do squats when your food is in the microwave, jumping jacks during commercial breaks, and even short walks around your house. It all adds up!
