Annual exams will help your doctor determine your overall health, identify risk factors, make health goals, track progress, complete screenings, and give the needed shots. So get it checked. It is important that both men and women know the status of their health… Do you know yours?

Here are a few recommended checkups and screenings:

  1. Physical Exam
  2. Blood Pressure
  3. Blood Tests & Urinalysis
  4. Rectal Exam
  5. Colorectal Health

If you are overdue a colon exam and:

  • Have insurance, please contact your doctor and discuss scheduling one soon.
  • If you do not have insurance, contact Community Care Center, they offer FITT screenings for established clients.

If you are overdue a prostate exam and:

  • Have insurance please contact your doctor and schedule an exam soon.
  • Do not have insurance please contact one of the organizations above for assistance.
