Living on the EDGE GYN Survivorship Conference

Mingle with other GYN cancer survivors and enjoy a nutrition demonstration with samples, Sawtooth School for Visual Arts activities, dinner, and listen to our expert medical speaker!

Starts Monday, August 25th
Get Real & Heel functional fitness program for people affected by cancer, will be starting at the end of August. If you are interested in more information or getting your name on the list, check out our Get Real & Heel webpage!

Cook to Thrive! Cooking Class
Tuesday, August 26th at 5:30pm
Join Julie, The Cancer Dietitian, for a cooking class designed for cancer survivors to help YOU reach your healthy lifestyle goals.

Breast Cancer Group
Tuesday, August 19th at 6pm
Janie Nelson will lead us through a meditation and journaling workshop, leaving you feeling relaxed and grounded.
This group is made to provide community for those who are dealing with breast cancer diagnosis, treatment and survivorship.
Snacks will be provided.

Art and Wellness with Sawtooth School
On Thursday, August 28th at 2pm ET (Virtual Program)
A wellness group focused on healing through art in partnership with the Sawtooth School for Visual Arts. Supplies will be available for pick up at Cancer Services the week before the class.

Hirsch Wellness, located in Greensboro NC offers therapeutic arts and wellness programs to support the emotional and physical needs of cancer survivors, patients in treatment, and caregivers at no cost to you. Listed are some of their many programs this month.
