Discover delicious recipes with Julie, The Cancer Dietitian!

Are you tired of those complicated recipes? Do you want some ideas for delicious and nutritious recipes that won’t take you all day to make? This hand-on cooking demonstration class is for you!


Cook to Thrive! Summer Veggies- July 8th at 8pm
July’s cooking class theme is Summer Veggies and we will use recipes from the Eating Well Through Cancer Cookbook! Any survivor in our local area can pick up a book at our office for no charge, thanks to the Clemmons Community Foundation! 


Cook to Thrive! Recipes for Two -August 19th at 12pm
Are you tired of those complicated recipes? Do you want some ideas for delicious and nutritious recipes that won’t take you all day to make? This hand-on cooking demonstration class is for you!
