Intentional Living: Life Coaching Sessions

Mary Elizabeth Parks, Certified Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Professional Coach. Mary Elizabeth has been a long-term volunteer with Cancer Services and supports clients with wellness calls.

Cancer Services Inc. is now hosting life coaching sessions by certified holistic coach, Mary Elizabeth, for our cancer survivor clients. This program is a private program where clients and coach will meet one on one during scheduled sessions. Coaching Package includes six (35-minute) sessions (minimum based on need). Sessions have the option to be virtual or in-person.

For coaching to be truly effective, clients will need to be in a place in life where they are coachable.

Clients who are interested in booking life-coaching sessions must complete the self-assessment below to start. Once submitted, someone from the office will be in contact (via phone or email) to follow up.

I accept that mistakes and failures are an important part of the learning journey.

I realise there are no magic quick-fix solutions and the only answers for me will be coming from my own discovery experience.

I will let the Coach know of other personal/ professional work happening simultaneously, or responsibilities/ commitments that may overlap.

I am also willing to enlist the support of others who care about me to speed my progress without relinquishing responsibility for my own life decisions and actions.

I am willing and able to devote the time and emotional energy needed between sessions, in order to put what I learn into practice.

I recognize that coaching is not counselling, consulting or mentoring.
