We’re keeping it pretty simple this August as we prepare for the fall. Our Eat the Rainbow program continues through August and into September, while Greatfully Well wraps up in the next week. Most of our monthly groups continue to meet via zoom so that you can join from wherever you are!

Cancer Services’ Transitions Program

Transitions is a 4-week program that Cancer Services offers for our community. It is designed to answer “What’s Next?” after cancer treatment.
This program helps survivors:
- decrease worry and anxiety
- improve quality of life
- increase knowledge regarding around physical, mental and social health.
The program is offered to anyone in our community who has recently completed active treatment for cancer and/or a caregiver!

The focus of this program is to empower survivors and caregivers with the information they need to maximize their health and well-being after cancer. We will cover nutrition, physical activity, emotional recovery and follow-up care.
Expert speakers will include cancer rehabilitation exercise experts, a board certified specialist in oncology nutrition, a licensed mental health professional, a registered nurse and cancer survivors.

Join a Wellness Group This Month!
These groups meet each month. For all groups, except Art & Wellness, you can register once and use the same link each month to sign in. Art & Wellness requires you to register for each month you want to attend because we need to prepare supplies for you to pick up ahead of time.
