- Emotional Coping
- Physical Activity

Do you have a pressure cooker that’s still in the box and you need some inspiration to use it? Or just need some new recipe ideas? Check out all these recipes, tips and tricks from Julie, our Cancer Dietitian!
Most of the recipes are ones that she demonstrated in our Cook to Thrive! Survivorship Cooking Class last fall. All with great reviews!
We are excited about our newest nutrition program – EAT THE RAINBOW! Fruit & Veggie Challenge. It’s a 12-week challenge focused on what you CAN eat instead of what you can’t.
The start date is Monday, August 17th and we are currently in the phase of recruitment. We will have a facebook group and zoom meetings to support each other throughout the challenge.
There’s no charge, and very little risk. All you need is email and a positive attitude!
