Hey Friends! We are starting another Walk More Stress Less 8 week walking & wellness program. This is our HOLIDAY EDITION! We will start at the beginning of December and take you through January. We just need your name and email to get you signed up.

Dates: December 5th – January 30th.

Requirements: Track the time spent walking (or other physical activity) and email to Julie, our Wellness Director (aka ‘The Cancer Dietitian‘), each week.

PRIZES! Of course, the best prize of all is feeling good & less stressed! To help motivate you, we will have prizes for participation and grand prize drawings at 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Grand prizes will be delivered by mail, but due to the cost of postage, participation prizes must be picked up.
